  1. Partition Options:

  3. The Options‚Ķ button allows you to change a Macintosh partition‚Äôs options, including its password.
  4.  
  5. 1.    Select a drive from the top of the GCC Partitions window.
  6.  
  7. 2.    Select a partition from the middle of the window.
  8.  
  9. 3.    Click the Options‚Ķ button.  If the partition is passworded, you will be asked to type in the password.  If the correct password is typed in, the Partition Options window will appear.

  11. The options are Lock/Unlock, Auto-Mount, Password, and Set Startup.
  12.  
  13. Any of the different options can be modified while in the Partition Options window.  The changes do not take effect on the chosen partition until you click on the OK button.
